Senior Program AnalystMultiple LocationsOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support business operations and IT initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. This role will provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business problems and data to recommend sustainable solutions.Provide reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.Guide the development and improvement of business processes.Partner with business, IT, and finance teams to align goals and remove blockers.Serve as a liaison between leadership, customer programs, and IT.Facilitate change management during implementation of new enterprise platforms.Support application of Agile/Scrum principles in team activities.Conduct risk management assessments and ensure compliance with standards.Lead process improvement discussions and present recommendations to senior management.Manage records and reporting for assigned programs.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.Proven experience in process improvement and project coordination.Advanced proficiency in:MS Project – managing multi-phase project schedules, dependencies, and KPIs.Excel – building dynamic workbooks, pivot tables, macros, and automated reporting tools.Power BI – developing interactive dashboards, data models, and DAX-based reporting.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging leadership.Experience in IT infrastructure project management or support preferred.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key AttributesProblem solver who can translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong collaborator and communicator across business, IT, and finance.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
