From in-home care to adult day programs, SRC delivers meaningful support and life-enriching experiences for older adults and their caregivers, helping individuals remain independent and engaged as they age.Job Summary: SRC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Services to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and vision for the organization’s variety of service offerings. The Director of Services is a key member of SRC’s leadership team and oversees Community Services and Adult Day and Respite programs. The Director is responsible for leading, growing, strengthening, and supporting these teams, ensuring that services are delivered according to SRC’s strengths-based, person-centered approach to supporting older adults as they age in the place they call home. Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities: Management Responsibilities·      Serve as a key member of the SRC leadership team, helping to set overall agency goals ·      Develop and execute strategic and business plans for Community Services and Adult Day & Respite programs that include growth, sustainability, and service expansion ·      Oversee supervisors and managers across all service areas (care management, in-home services, and adult day)·      Provide strengths-based daily support to team·      Grow and lead a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture ·      Provide on-going support and training, Compliance & Reporting Responsibilities·      Oversee all program budgets and funding sources for service areas, ensuring timely tracking of spending, outcomes, and compliance; redirecting or rebalancing service delivery as needed·      Provide direction on strategic use of funds and balance competing funding needs·      Develop and provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports on all services; use data to drive decision making and program improvements ·      Actively monitor service delivery to ensure funding goals are met and high-quality care is provided·      Lead audits and reporting related to funding Additional Responsibilities·      Oversee SRC’s community engagement efforts and representation on various committees and councils, ensuring SRC raises the voice of older adults in a variety of settings·      Research new service and funding models, determine applicability for SRC, and design implementation strategies·      Foster strong communication and collaboration across all service areas·      Provide occasional direct and operational support as needed during periods of high demand or staff transition (i.e., assistance in adult day, drafting monthly billing, approving time sheets)·      Continually evaluate programming to ensure efficiency and implement changes as appropriate·      Work closely with all staff members at SRC to foster teamwork, inter-departmental cooperation, respect, good customer service, and effectiveness of work ·      Occasional evening or weekend community events may be requiredRequired Qualifications: ·      5-7 years of leadership experience in human services, healthcare, or aging services, including program oversight, strategic planning, and business forecasting·      Experience as an adult day professional, care manager, social worker, or similar·      Experience supervising direct care teams providing in-home care services·      Experience with grants management and grant writing·      Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated leadership presence·      Ability to lead  and support interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, care managers, activity coordinators, and direct service providers·      Commitment to teamwork and connecting across the agency·      Passion for providing quality, person-centered services to older adults ·      Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences·      Comfort with public speaking and presentations to large and small groups·      Highly organized and detail oriented team player who is able to manage multiple priorities·      Proven and excellent interpersonal, planning, and implementation skills ·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client databases, and Zoom, and ability to learn and use new technologies·      Vaccinations, background check, and smart phone required* This Job Description is not meant to be inclusive of all duties and responsibilities of the position and is subject to change at any time.
