Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You’ll Be DoingLead and optimize electrical systems supporting cement production, utilities, and material handling operationsDrive reliability, safety, and performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and capital projectsApply standards and best practices to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and company policiesAnalyze system performance data and implement solutions to improve uptime, efficiency, and cost effectivenessWhat Are We Looking ForDeep expertise in industrial electrical systems, including medium and low voltage power distribution, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, PLC based automation, and advanced instrumentation.Proven track record of leading complex technical problem solving efforts, driving root cause analysis and delivering robust, plant ready engineering solutions that improve reliability and operational performance.Demonstrated ability to guide and influence cross functional teams, communicating technical concepts clearly and ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, maintenance, and safety stakeholders.Strong command of electrical safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk-management practices, with the judgment to set and uphold high standards across projects and daily operations.Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives in a fast paced, continuous heavy industrial environment, balancing long term engineering improvements with immediate operational needs.Experience with Microsoft Suite of tools, Autocad, SK
