This individual will be responsible for driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic technology projects are delivered on time and within scope.This opportunity will support enterprise infrastructure initiatives involving cloud technologies, data center operations, and Active Directory modernization efforts across multiple locations. The first major initiative for this individual will be leading a high-visibility data center migration project, requiring strong coordination, planning, communication, and execution skills.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-focused projects from planning through execution and closureDrive a critical data center move initiative, coordinating timelines, dependencies, vendors, and technical teamsManage initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, data center environments, and Active Directory technologiesDrive project timelines, priorities, budgets, and resource coordination across technical and business teamsFacilitate meetings with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and momentumIdentify project risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact deliveryMaintain organized project documentation including schedules, status reporting, action items, dependencies, and risk logsEnsure all project deliverables meet quality expectations and operational standardsCommunicate project health, milestones, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesSupport and enhance project management best practices, methodologies, and operational processesCoordinate activities across distributed teams supporting data center locations in Robinson and Kansas CityQualifications7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure or technology projectsProven background leading cloud infrastructure initiatives within complex environmentsHands-on experience supporting or managing data center migration or relocation projectsStrong understanding of Active Directory environments and related infrastructure dependenciesDemonstrated success driving projects to completion while managing competing prioritiesExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level interactionExperience utilizing project management methodologies and tools in enterprise settingsAbility to operate with urgency, accountability, and a results-oriented mindsetPersonality style that blends persistence, ownership, and professionalism — someone comfortable driving tough conversations and pushing initiatives forwardPreferred ExperienceExperience working within highly regulated or enterprise-scale environmentsExposure to hybrid infrastructure and modernization initiativesFamiliarity with enterprise operational documentation, governance, and change management processesPMP or related project management certifications are a plusNext StepsNo C2C, relocation, referral, or sponsorship candidates for this role.For finer details on how eNGINE can impact your career, apply today!
