This is an in-store position, dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable and become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers to provide the best level of service possible.What We Offer Initial training rate of $17.00 per hour Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commissions on their personal sales, with a guaranteed hourly rate.
