Description & RequirementsMaximus is hiring a Level of Care Assessor to support the Kansas Home and Community‐Based Services (HCBS) Program. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to complete level of care assessments and provide intake options counseling for those enrolled in Medicaid Waiver and Long‐Term Services and Supports programs.You'll play a critical role in helping individuals understand their options and access services that allow them to remain safely in their homes and communities.
