Program Manager (Nearshore / EMEA)

Program ManagerProgram Manager to work on contract with Product Portfolio team, with specialization in business centric technology program planning, execution, and governance.In this role you'll be responsible to lead a complex global technology program, working with global product, engineering, and support teams to deliver new product capabilities in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large- scale data technology efforts.What this job involves As a Program Manager you will be directly responsible for:Balance technology product, engineering, and support from program planning through execution and governanceUnderstand global business and cross-business product capabilities and strategic roadmapsCoordinate with sponsor on program intake through launch across product, engineering, and supportEngage stakeholders to define integrated program plans across product, change, design, engineering, and supportProvide basic change and process support such as stakeholder mapping engaging other support as necessaryManage complex program execution using agile and lean with standard product and engineering platformsManage program financial and vendor management plus key performance metricsManage risks and issues including mitigation plans with proper escalation to executive and senior leadersManage program governance structure at executive level including review sessions, status reports, and otherLead operational and complex global programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreamsAssist to define and deploy program and support framework including best practices and lessons learnedPromote a product culture with thought leadership, team building, and customer centricitySponsor organizational diversity, equity and inclusion goals at individual and team levelsRequirements:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED5+ years of relevant/professional experience related REQUIREDExperience at innovative startup or complex global organization with product culture and operating modelStrong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple business and technology partners including vendorsPossess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and efficiency
