You will participate in designing solutions, planning and executing new implementations, working out new product integration and recommending LAN/WAN improvements. Develop and deploy plans and designs of network systems that will meet organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires an on-site presence in a Silver Spring, MD office at least three days per week.What you'll doProactively identify, diagnose, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to implement on customer networks.Manage and solve Tier 1 through Tier 3 issuesResolve assigned trouble ticketsCloud networking and support (GCP and OCI environments)Direct and frequent experience with ISE/DNAC is a requirementOther duties as assignedQualificationsUS Citizen with ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.6+ years of experience in the design of hybrid enterprise networksExperience with any of the following cloud technologies: OCI/GCP/AWSGood understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP)Good understanding and practical experience with switching technologies (EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB)Familiarity with Network Security Technologies like ISE, Zero Trust, and firewallsProficient with IP Routing Protocols (OSPFv3, OSPFv2, BGP,), QoS, Multicast, MPLSProficient in VPN technologies - Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPNsCCIE in Routing and Switching and/or CCNP with deep expertise in Cisco ISE deployments within enterprise environmentsMust work onsite in Silver Spring, MD 3 days per week (or more)Concept Plus is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
