You will serve clients ages 5 through adult who may experience behavioral challenges, emotional disturbance, or severe and persistent mental health diagnoses.In this role, you will meet with clients weekly to focus on developing coping strategies, building independence, improving life skills, and accessing vital community resources. Documentation—including daily progress notes, treatment plan updates, and discharge summaries—is an essential part of the position.
