Job DescriptionStrut Hair Solutions is a leader in the hair addition industry, last June launched our own DTC hair growth product line "Unveil Restorative Hair Care"!We are growing, looking to up level our team and are now in need of a social media / digital marketing lead to help grow our reach and work with our current support team with the management of the Strut and Unveil media presence.This job is for someone with CPG / DTC beauty industry experience in social media marketing.This could be the place for you to grow with us!Our main goal with this position is to implement social media strategy that aligns with our Ads Team, Shopify store headlines, SEO rich blogs, keywords and increase online brand awareness to drive online website engagement and sales.Responsibilities:Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals (follower growth/conversation & conversions to online sales)*Experience with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and YouTube (Creating - Stories & Reels)An eye to create and curate on-brand, engaging text content, image content, & videos with our products!Know how to rank for our keywords on blogs, etc. Monitor on-page SEO and web traffic metricsKnowledge in using photo and video editing apps to create social assets (or a quick learner)Write blogs and interactive content keyword rich monthly for our website and GoogleGeneral marketing assistance with the CEOQualifications:Previous social media and digital marketingKlavyio experience - Our marketing platformShopify knowledge - Our selling platformStrong communicationOrganizational skillsStrong copy writing skillsAbility to work well alone and with the teamBenefits15-25 hours a week, open to 30 + hrs a week once trained and generating online sales.Work from home and/or stop by the storeWe can't stress enough how big we are on VIBES.
