SUMMARY:REVA Inc, is a US based air ambulance company with established flight operations internationally. We operate air ambulance aircrafts conducting medium and long-range air ambulance flights.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist dispatcher to coordinate with ATC, crew scheduling, Maintenance Control, Reservations Marketing, and Ground operations to efficiently utilize resources to achieve customer serviceGround operations to efficiently utilize resources to achieve customer serviceSend out emails with status updates on missionsUpdate departments on progression of flightsAssist with setting up ground ambulance, catering, and crew accommodations for flightAnalyze and evaluate meteorological informationCoordinate with maintenance department on status of planesQUALIFICATIONS:Previous Flight Dispatcher experience plusPrior Airline Operations and Flight Following experience a plusStrong Communication and Organizational skillsAbility to multi-taskMust be able to work flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekendsLICENSES, CERTIFICATE AND BADGE REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or college degree preferredStrong Communication and Organizational skillsStrong multi-tasking capabilityCandidate must be a highly motivated self-starterMust be computer literate/Microsoft Office/DRBPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Lift 50+ lbsWork in a high stress environment while remaining calm composureMust be able to work flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekendsWORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is primarily performed indoors in an office environment and requires exposure to moderate noise levels.Location: Fort Lauderdale, FLABOUT REVA:In the medical transport industry, urgency, reliability, and experience are absolutely critical.
