Lead QA Engineer (Automation – Python & Robot Framework)Location: Irving, TXAbout the RoleRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior capacityStrong hands-on experience with Python for test scripting and framework developmentProven expertise with Robot Framework for automated testingSolid understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, RequestsLibrary, or similarExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practicesExperience with version control systems (Git)Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership skills — able to mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience with Selenium WebDriver alongside Robot FrameworkFamiliarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience with containerization (Docker) and test execution in containerized environmentsISTQB or equivalent QA certificationExperience testing microservices-based architectures
