Program Administrator

Our client is seeking a Program Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the NETA certification program. The Program Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all NETA related inquiries and ensure accurate scheduling, tracking, documentation, and communication related to exams and certifications.Salary: $25-29/hrLocation: DFW Area, TXType of Position: Temp to HireKey Responsibilities:Schedule NETA exams for technicians in alignment with eligibility requirements, readiness, and business needsCoordinate exam logistics with NETA, testing centers, managers, and techniciansCommunicate exam details, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholdersTrack Continuing Technical Development hours for certified techniciansValidate CTD documentation for accuracy and completenessSubmit CTDs to NETA in accordance with certification requirements and deadlinesMaintain organized, auditable records of all CTD activityManage the NETA program inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for all NETA-related questionsRespond to technician, manager, and branch inquiries regarding certification requirements, status, and processesEscalate complex or policy-related questions as appropriateEnsure branches receive NETA certifications and related documentation in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records of certification status across technicians and branchesProactively monitor upcoming renewals, expirations, and compliance risksMaintain SOPs for NETA scheduling, CTD tracking, and submissionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication within the NETA processProvide regular status updates and reports to Talent Management and leadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations support, or administration.Advanced MS Excel, strong MS Office experienceExperience working in SharePoint or similar systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
