Account Executive | High-Growth AI Start-up | NYCAbout the BusinessA rapidly scaling AI-native start-up is hiring Account Executives to help define and scale its go-to-market function.The business is transforming a massive, underserved industry through a combination of AI automation and operational services, already partnering with over 100 customers and growing quickly following a major funding round.This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company with strong product-market fit, exceptional founders, and a highly ambitious growth trajectory.The OpportunityYou’ll own deals end-to-end while helping shape the commercial playbook of a category-defining business.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building as well as closing, and wants meaningful ownership inside an early-stage team.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close Build relationships with senior decision-makers and business owners Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts Convert inbound demand into long-term customer partnerships Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership Help refine messaging, sales process, and commercial strategy Represent the company at industry events and conferences Ideal Background3–7 years of B2B sales experience Minimum 1 year as a full-cycle Account Executive Experience in start-up or high-growth environments Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace Prior SDR → AE progression is highly valued Exposure to legal, professional services, or relationship-led industries is a plus What’s on OfferStrong base salary + uncapped commission Meaningful equity upside High ownership and career progression Opportunity to join a breakout AI company early Collaborative, ambitious culture Hybrid NYC working model
