ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance issues. Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing as needed. Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with the necessary supplies for new guests. Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete necessary turnover tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with management regarding issues that require further attention.
