A company is looking for an Inside Territory Sales Consultant (Remote). Key Responsibilities Serves as an advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on agency performance and market dynamics Analyzes sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance Consistently exceeds new business production and other KPIs by managing relationships with assigned agencies Required Qualifications 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 3 or more years of experience in a relevant field (Preferred) Experience in sales performance management Ability to mentor and coach new hires Understanding of agency management and relationship building
