Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixing drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities - Greet and serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner. - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wine. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and storage spaces. - Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Provide help and support to other staff members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols. - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and available drinks. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job. Requirements - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar setting. - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. - Proficiency with basic math skills, including handling cash and credit transactions. - Familiarity with the food industry and fine dining practices. - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time. - Availability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. - Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
