SCVIA Custodian - Part Time Greenville Courthouse/ Army Center

DescriptionGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Candidates must be able to work 7 am - 11 am, 2 pm - 7 pm for most working days, or 9 am to 4 pm on most days.To deliver high quality custodial services to all Federal contract locations contracted with South Carolina Vocations & Individual Advancement, INC. (SCVIA).To encourage and promote a mutual associate/customer relationship which enhances the profitability of the SCVIA.To represent SCVIA in a professional manner to reflect values and standards of its mission and goals.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To provide general custodial services to all SCVIA's contract locations such as cleaning carpet,tile, windows, mirrors, fixtures, etc. as scheduled.2. To perform maintenance of hard surface floors and all carpeted surfaces; to perform cleaningand sanitizing of bathrooms, stripping and waxing of floors and cleaning/spotcleaning/vacuuming of carpets.3. To perform floor care services and general custodial processes in an efficient and cost effectivemanner.4. To perform outside work such as, but not limited to, keeping sidewalks clean and picking uptrash.5. To perform general housekeeping, custodial and janitorial duties as may be scheduled andassigned.
