With team members representing 35 countries, diversity and global perspective are key strengths driving operational excellence.Job Type: Full timeIndustry: ManufacturingWork Experience: 1-3 yearsLocation: Conover, North Carolina, United States, 28613About You and the Role:Pay: $18$20/hr - Starting PayPrimary Responsibilities:Upholster fabric and leather furnitureSecure materials using staple guns, air ratchets, and drillsMatch cover materials to appropriate furniture framesUpholster all frame components according to specificationsRead and follow production instructions, including details such as leg color, welt, tack, springs, and other custom requirementsCorrect defects such as crooked seams or staple inconsistenciesPerform visual quality inspections on completed workComplete additional duties as assigned by the supervisorEssential Job Functions:Frequently lift furniture ranging from 1075 lbsOccasional bending, pushing, and pullingFrequent overhead reaching while operating a 10 lb air gunContinuous standing for 810 hour shiftsSymbiotic Services is actively seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for this opportunity. Requirements:Must be able to safely use air tools including: Staple gun Air racket Drill BlowerAbility to work with welt on front post.
