Urgent Locum APP Need: Cardiovascular Surgical Specialties in Virginia We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in Cardiovascular Surgical Specialties to join our team near Lexington, Virginia, for a 5-month locum assignment. Start Date: November 1, 2025 This is a critical, single-position role requiring a skilled and adaptable professional to provide 24/7 call coverage for trauma needs. You will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive care within a dynamic surgical environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide call coverage and manage clinical patient needs. Round on inpatients. Actively participate in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). Function as a First Assist, with proficient skills in vein harvesting. Manage a patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day. Qualifications: Board Certification is required. Current BCLS and ACLS certifications. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR preferred.
