Benefit from opportunities to investigate security breaches, assist with recovery plans and procedures, and work alongside high-performing colleagues.What you'll doDiagnose incidents encountered in the environment and resolve problems in systems, processes and servicesPerform security risk, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analysis and provide guidance on the application and operation of security controlsMaintain security administration processes and investigate suspected attacks or breachesImplement arrangements for disaster recovery and document recovery proceduresDrive continuous improvement by evaluating, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and equipment, creating reports and proposals for improvement, and assisting in the planning and implementation of new installationsConfigure tools to automate provisioning, testing, and development of new and changed infrastructureReviews information in conjunction with service level agreements to identify any capacity, performance or availability issues and specifies required changes. Provides advice on the design of service components including designing in flexible and scalable capacity.Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required.Creates testing plans and the restoration of all infrastructure components including operating systems and infrastructure services for disaster recovery services. Recommends and implements technologies to improve the recovery point objective and the recovery time objective.Perform other duties as required.What you bring to our teamExperience deploying and maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and its ancillary componentsKnowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems including build, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting experienceExperience packaging applications with technologies such as Microsoft Configuration Manager or App-VProficiency with the Citrix XenServer and VMware vSphere virtualization platformsKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Microsoft Entra IDExperience automating repeatable tasks using common scripting languagesExperience deploying and configuring third party profile management and monitoring tools.At least 7 years of relevant experience with a post secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related disciplineThe ability to provide on-call technical support and the ability to work nights and/or weekends as neededAt Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
