Job Duties & Responsibilities:Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines according to production scheduleLoad raw materials (resins, compounds, colorants) into hoppersVerify correct material, weight, and machine settingsMonitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standardsInspect extruded products using measuring tools to ensure conformance to specificationsMake corrective actions when product does not meet specificationsPerform changeovers including cleaning, die changes, and tooling setupMaintain production logs and documentation (machine settings, quality data, downtime, scrap, material usage)Follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements:Previous machine operator or press operator experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededReliable transportation requiredResume requiredShift:2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AMPay: $18.00 – $22.00 Per Hour (Weekly), depending on experienceTake The Next Step – Apply Today!
