You will play a hands-on leadership role supporting our jobsites by ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are safe, ready, and delivered on time. Your work directly impacts field productivity, project costs, and safety performance. If you're looking to be a part of the industry and gain exposure to the different areas of construction, come work for a best-in-class organization.What We Offer:Danforth invests in you and your future with directed employee engagement, team support, career development, and mentoringPaid training & forklift certificationPaid Time Off & HolidaysMedical Benefits401(k) planWhat We Ask of You:Safely coordinate and deliver tools and materials to jobsites across the regionLoad and unload equipment while verifying order accuracy and completenessMake on-time deliveries to and from various jobsites and other destinations in the safest and most efficient manner possible with no delay to the field employees or customersConfirm all loaded items to ensure shop order is complete and verify proper attachment of all items before vehicle is started and you leave the shop/jobsiteAssist in shop order process of pulling and returning tools for job sites by checking safety and accessories of each tool for proper operation, and keeping inventory for future jobsMaintain cube vans by unloading, inspecting and restocking for state of readiness and quick response jobsExecute minor shipping/receiving duties as assigned by Tool Shop ManagerSupport warehouse and sheet metal shop operations as neededAssist with facility upkeep when required, including grounds maintenance, snow removal, waste handling, dumpster servicing, and proper gas bottle storageExperience & Competencies:High school degree or equivalent18+ years oldMust have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and adhere to safe driving rules and all safety requirementsMust be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekendsStrong communication skills; oral, written, and computerMust have integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner.The estimated compensation for this role is $25/hour.
