DevOps EngineerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale initiative focused on modernizing and standardizing enterprise deployment processes. This individual will play a key role in improving the consistency, speed, and reliability of software delivery by building repeatable CI/CD practices, strengthening cloud infrastructure automation, and enhancing overall platform stability. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on—driving best practices while partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure long-term adoption.What You’ll Do:Design and implement standardized CI/CD pipeline templates to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple teamsEvaluate current DevOps processes and introduce scalable automation practices that improve release reliability and efficiencyBuild, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code methodologiesManage and optimize containerized environments and orchestration platforms to ensure consistency across deploymentsAdminister and integrate core DevOps tools including source control, deployment automation, and project workflow systemsEstablish monitoring, logging, and alerting practices to improve system observability and reduce production issuesPartner cross-functionally with engineering and QA teams to document processes, train users, and drive DevOps best practice adoptionWhat You Bring:10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, Infrastructure Engineering, or related cloud/platform environmentsProven success designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines across multiple engineering teams or enterprise business unitsStrong hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationDeep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and KubernetesExperience supporting and optimizing DevOps toolchains such as Harness, GitHub, and JIRAStrong scripting and automation capabilities with PowerShell or similar scripting languagesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams and document scalable operational standardsWhy Join Us?401(k) Matching PlanMedical, Dental, & Vision PlansRelationship Driven Process to Find Your Best Fit6 Paid HolidaysRegular Meetings to Ensure Quality in Your EngagementAbout Us:At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
