Job DescriptionSummary As a Production Operator in Traditional Services, you will play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of legal documents and correspondence. This position is responsible for executing high-volume document production tasks within a fast-paced legal services environment, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency at every stage of the workflow.As a Production Operator, you will: Be a critical member of the Traditional Services team, supporting attorneys, paralegals, and clients by producing accurate, professional legal documents. You will follow established procedures and quality standards while handling sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and care.ResponsibilitiesProcess and produce high-volume legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, transcripts, and court filingsOperate production equipment and software systems used for document processing, scanning, printing, and bindingReview completed work for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with client and firm-specific guidelinesPrioritize and manage workflow queues to meet established deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)Maintain accurate logs and records of all production activityIdentify and escalate quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or workflow bottlenecks to the appropriate team lead or supervisorAdhere to all confidentiality protocols and data security standardsCollaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless document deliverySupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline production processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or some college preferred1–2 years of experience in a document production, legal support, or operations role preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments as needed below.The compensation for this job is $24.00 an hour.What We Offer People-Focused Culture Competitive Pay & Quarterly Incentives Comprehensive Benefits, 401k & Wellbeing Programs (link for details) Paid Time Off & Holidays Professional Development & Career Growth OpportunitiesArray is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
