Role Name: QA Automation EngineerLocation: Washington, DC (Onsite)Duration: ContractSecurity Clearance: Public Trust ClearanceVisa: Need Only US CitizensJob Description:Minimum of 10 years’ relevant IT experience.DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.Extensive test automation scripting.3+ years testing Appian applications.Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks from scratch.Lead the automation testing efforts for Appian applications, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and integration.Write advanced automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.Hands-on experience integrating test automation with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or DevOps.Strong expertise in SQL query writing for backend testing, data verification, and database state manipulation.Perform complex data validation by writing and executing high-level SQL queries.Integrate automated test suites seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid deployment cycles.Collaborate with DevOps engineers to monitor, maintain, and optimize pipeline health and test execution times.Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating closely with development teams.Thanks & RegardsBhavesh Sharmabhavesh@applabsystems.com
