A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to join their Revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
Architect tailored solutions for strategic merchants by understanding their business goals
Oversee cross-functional execution to enhance sales conversion and accelerate deals
Support sales processes including demos, technical evaluations, and implementation roadmaps
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in SaaS and e-commerce
Proven ability to create scalable technical solutions for complex business challenges
Technical fluency with APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby)
Knowledge in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Management Systems
Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders to improve enterprise merchant experiences
