Operations Office Manager - Adventure TourismFull-Time | Seward, AlaskaKenai Backcountry Adventures is seeking a strong, organized, and dependable Operations Office Manager to help run the day-to-day office side of our business in Seward.This is a key role focused on keeping the office organized, supporting daily operations, helping maintain staff accountability, and ensuring communication stays clear between guests, office staff, field staff, and leadership. We are looking for someone who can help create consistency, solve problems, keep priorities moving, and bring calm, professionalism, and follow-through to a fast-paced adventure tourism environment.This is not a marketing role.
