Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resourceLocation: Richmond, VA (Remote)Type: ContractDuration: 12 months +Note: Candidates may need to work the first two weeks, or more, ONSITE in Richmond,VA and be available to come to work in the office occasionally, when needed.Job Description: Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS systemadministration/ Development, configuration set up, Report and Dashboarddevelopment, security, workflow and journeys to support Redwood conversion andmaintenance across HCM modulesOracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS systemadministration work specific to configuration set up and maintenance, Report andDashboard development, complex issue resolution, security enhancements, HDLand interface activities.Would be tasked with helping create new and make updates to existing setup/configurations and develop enhancements in Prod environment. Includingworking with functional and IT teams to asses and mitigate impact of upcomingpatches and logging/working SRs to resolution with Internal business, technical andOracle teams. And providing critical configuration and technical help to supportmigration to Redwood of implemented modules and support new moduleimplementation when and where neededSpecific tasks : Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools and implementing Data Fusion analyticsCreating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processesProvide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals and talent review and succession planning set upWork with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements possible via this conversion. Including HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk/Knowledge Center, Case Management, Succession PlanningAssist with complex user issue resolutionWork with functional and technical teams to address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning etc.Support, build and set up HDL and interfaces activities. This will be critical but not limited to for support in position workforce structures, job and position profiles.
