Night Time Janitorial

Janitorial Cleaning of a local small gym. Sunday - Thursday Work must be done after 9:30pm. Approximately 1 hour a day working with another individual. Must be able to work/communicate well with another individual. This is a 1099 contracted position, all equipment and chemicals will be provided. Duties - Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Requirements - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable transportation to commute to work location Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $600.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Please verify that you understand the position by stating the pay and time the work is to be done each day.
