This is your opportunity to step into a high-performance aerospace environment where your skills are valued, your time is respected, and your compensation reflects it.We’re hiring Turning Machinists who can set up and run complex parts with minimal supervision—and we’re backing it up with competitive pay, industry-leading benefits and up to a $5,000 hiring/retention bonus.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Turning centers (lathes) with minimal supervisionInterpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsSelect tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for optimal efficiency and qualityPerform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.)Edit and optimize CNC programs (G-code or CAM-generated) to improve cycle times and tool lifeTroubleshoot machining issues, including tool wear, chatter, and dimensional inaccuraciesMaintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet customer and quality standardsTrain and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 machinists as neededPerform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in safe working conditionDocument production data and maintain accurate recordsQualificationsRequired:5+ years of CNC Turning experience in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of CNC lathe setup, operation, and programmingStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingProficiency with measuring tools and inspection techniquesExperience editing G-code and/or working with CAM softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple jobsPreferred:Experience with multi-axis or live-tooling lathesFamiliarity with controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or OkumaLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceTechnical certification in machining or related fieldWhat You Get (why You Should Apply Today)Competitive Pay!Growth Opportunities including education reimbursement and trainingShift Premiums (11% - 2nd shift, 24% - 3rd shift)$4,000-$5,000 Hiring and Referral Bonuses (based on shift)Service recognition bonuses at 1,5,10,15,20,25+ yearsRegular Employee Appreciation EventsZero-premium health plan optionZero-premium dental insurance for familiesCompetitive pay (we pay for skill—bring your experience)401(k) with company matchPaid time off + holidays (PTO available after 30 days)Stable, long-term aerospace work (Continuous customer growth)Flexible Start and end times (Family Friendly!)Clean, well-equipped, climate-controlled facility, with modern Milling
