Project Manager - Manufacturing / Fabrication

WB Industries is looking for a Project Manager who enjoys taking complex jobs and turning them into successful finished products. If you like solving problems, coordinating with skilled teams, and seeing a project move from concept to completion, this could be a great fit.In this role, you'll guide projects through our fabrication and machining environment while keeping schedules, budgets, and customer expectations on track. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure every project moves efficiently through the shop and out the door meeting the quality standards we're known for.The right person is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You should be able to communicate clearly with both customers and shop personnel, identify potential issues early, and keep everyone aligned toward the same goal. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a similar industrial environment will help you succeed in this position.This is a hands-on coordination role where attention to detail and follow-through matter. You'll be reviewing drawings and requirements, coordinating manufacturing plans, monitoring progress, managing schedules, and helping remove obstacles so the team can keep work moving.WB Industries offers a team-focused environment where skilled people take pride in the work they produce.
