As an Army and Defense Agencies Senior Director for Capture, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Department of the Army and the Defense Agencies. You will play a crucial role in capturing opportunities where GDIT can partner with the Army and Defense Agencies to deliver game-changing capabilities, while also growing our business.Work in close collaboration with Capture, Growth and P&L leadership to develop and execute capture strategies that will secure new and/or re-compete contract wins in excess of $500MLead the effective execution of qualified capture pursuits using the GDIT enterprise business development process and gate controls, tracking capture performance against budgets and schedule, and communicating ongoing capture status to Division and Business Area leadershipDefine compelling and differentiating win strategies to include customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior managementEstablish competitive pricing structures and solutions that create executable programs with profitable returns at a winning price in line with Price-to-Win objectivesDevelop marketing strategies and provide input into market account plans with assigned account BD and P&L leaders that align with the company's strategic planShape opportunities and our position to win throughout the opportunity life-cycle to increase probability of win through every phase of the growth lifecycleWhat You'll Need to SucceedEducation: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of ScienceExperience: 10+ years of related experience as a capture manager, leading large and highly complex DoW capture opportunities at Tier 1 Federal Systems IntegratorsDemonstrated experience capturing $500M+ single award competitive take-away deals with emphasis on Information Technology scope, fixed price managed services, and/or as-a-Service delivery modelsDemonstrated ability to think strategically, work collaboratively to solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams as a servant leaderWillingness to provide 'deal sheet' of opportunities led and supported with results (won, lost, pending) [without disclosing proprietary information]Security clearance level: Active Secret required to start with ability to obtain Top Secret clearanceRole requirements: Remote with travel per needs of the opportunityUS citizenship requiredDesired QualificationsAble to develop actionable plans by leveraging market knowledgeGSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS)Compensation
The likely salary range for this position is $215,467 - $276,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Schedule and Travel
