This role also provides technical leadership to an assigned team of developers.Core Skills and ExperienceStrong experience with C# and related programming languagesSolid understanding of current web best practices, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience with web application frameworks, including Angular 1.x and Angular 7 preferred, with TypeScriptExperience using TFS or Azure DevOps with GIT for source controlWorking knowledge of data privacy practices and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in agile environments across the full software development life cyclePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent experienceProven experience as a software developerExperience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutionsMultiple years of hands-on experience with Visual StudioHands-on experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL ServerSeveral years of web development experience using the Microsoft Stack or AngularKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and mentor developers on assigned initiativesDesign, develop, and implement end-to-end integrated applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutionsResearch and recommend emerging technologies that improve scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiencyDevelop and execute test plans to evaluate system performanceConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
