The company is moving quickly and building a small, high ownership team of people who take initiative, move with urgency, and own outcomes.About the RoleThe CEO moves fast. This role exists to make sure everything around them moves just as fast.As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will sit at the center of the CEO’s personal and professional world, managing the details that allow them to stay focused on building the company. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. It is a high trust, high proximity position for someone proactive, discreet, highly organized, and exceptional at anticipating needs before they are asked.You will support a wide range of personal, household, administrative, scheduling, transportation, and coordination needs. The right person will take pride in creating order, moving quickly, protecting confidentiality, and making life easier for a fast moving founder.What You Will DoHome and Lifestyle Management• Coordinate and oversee the home environment, ensuring tidiness, common areas, and household upkeep are maintained to a high standard • Liaise with cleaning professionals twice weekly and ensure the home remains organized and well maintained • Manage deliveries, packages, and mail, including advising on any action required based on incoming correspondence • Oversee household maintenance needs by coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely resolution of any issues • Coordinate meal planning in line with the CEO’s dietary requirements and nutritional goals, working with a chef or meal service as neededTransportation• Serve as the CEO’s primary driver, ensuring safe, punctual, and efficient transportation to appointments, meetings, and engagements across Los Angeles • Use the provided vehicle for transportation related responsibilitiesScheduling and Communications• Manage personal scheduling, including fitness, therapy, wellness sessions, personal appointments, and related commitments • Maintain a proactive reminder system to keep the CEO on track throughout the day and week • Facilitate communication on behalf of the CEO with business associates, friends, family, vendors, and support staff • Handle occasional scanning, printing, filing, and organization of confidential documentsErrands and Gifting• Run errands across Los Angeles as needed, including dry cleaning, grocery runs, clothing stores, post office visits, and other personal tasks • Curate and manage thoughtful gifting on behalf of the CEO, including selection, procurement, coordination, and timely deliveryEvents and Travel• Plan and manage occasional personal and professional events, including home dinners, small gatherings, and hosted events • Travel with the CEO when required and provide full organizational support before, during, and after trips • Assist with packing and unpacking when needed • Support sporadic travel needs, with details communicated in advance whenever possibleFinance and Administration• Liaise with the virtual bookkeeper to ensure monthly expense reports are prepared and aligned with budget expectations • Provide project support as needed across personal, professional, and creative projects • Coordinate timelines, communications, vendors, and follow through on assigned tasksWho You Are• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and self sufficient • Able to take initiative and handle responsibilities without needing to be asked twice • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read a room, adapt quickly, and handle sensitive situations with care • Clear and confident communicator in writing, in person, and across different personalities and cultures • A natural problem solver who brings solutions, not just issues • Deeply reliable and accountable • Flexible and adaptable when priorities change • Discreet with sensitive personal and professional information • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high trust environment • Holds a valid driver’s license • Available to travel when requiredRequirements• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or similar high trust support role • Valid driver’s license and strong driving record • Ability to work on site in Los Angeles five days per week • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times • Flexibility to support needs outside of standard business hours when requiredWorking With Our Client• Employment Type: Full Time • Location: Los Angeles, California • Work Arrangement: In person, five days per week • Schedule: Core hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility and availability beyond those hours required when needed • Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas • Reporting: Directly to the CEO
