This role focuses on delivering and improving personalized customer experiences across digital channels, ensuring every interaction reflects customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle stage.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deploy personalized on-site experiences using Monetate, including banners, product recommendations, overlays, and navigation modules.Build and QA content variant structures and audience targeting rules within Monetate.Execute onsite personalization triggers and maintain governance of experience deployment standards.Collaborate with product and creative stakeholders to define content specifications and asset requirements.Maintain a comprehensive content slot registry documenting all Monetate placements and rules.Develop, configure, and QA email and SMS journeys in Listrak, including triggered flows such as cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, and back-in-stock alerts.Manage dynamic content blocks and product recommendation integrations within Listrak Journey Hub.Monitor and maintain email and SMS product feeds, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.Design and optimize A/B and multivariate tests across onsite and lifecycle messaging.Track performance metrics including CVR, CTR, RPS, and engagement rates to identify optimization opportunities.Maintain documentation for personalization logic, campaign performance, and test outcomes.Participate in cross-functional collaboration with analytics, IT, and marketing teams to support campaign execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in digital personalization, marketing automation, or eCommerce execution.3+ years of hands-on Monetate experience, including audience targeting, content variants, and A/B testing (required).1–2 years of Listrak or similar ESP experience with triggered journeys and dynamic content execution (required).Strong understanding of customer segmentation and CDP-driven audience mapping.Experience designing and interpreting A/B test results, including statistical evaluation.Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or equivalent analytics platform.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting email and onsite rendering issues.Experience working with product feeds and digital content QA workflows.Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentstack preferred.
