Shuttle Driver/ Bell person

Duties:Safely transports guests to their destinationLoads and unloads golf clubs, luggage, etc.Informs guest of features available in the unit (e.g. key code, AC control, fireplace, etc.)Provides general information on Reynolds Lake Oconee and the surrounding community to visitorsCommunicates and resolves any guest calls, request, or problems at the unitCheck guests into accommodationsAnswers phone at Member Concierge/Guest ServicesMaintain guest confidentialityKeeps van(s) clean and operational (exterior and interior)Reports mechanical problems to Director of Member and Guest ExperienceAbility to work as a team memberWorks well with others and generates positivityPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Valid GA driver's license and good driving record; at least 21 years of ageAbility to work with the public, courteous and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of computers and Microsoft suiteFrequent moderate lifting required, up to 75 lbs.
