Applicants for the VP, Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and approximately 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or real estate finance. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel, and an understanding of real estate market fundamentals and investment principles are essential. Proficiency in real estate management software is a plus.
