Manufacturing Engineering Lead

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership and support manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives. The Site Engineering Manager is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing engineering activities focused on process improvement, productivity, quality, and cost reductionSupport new product launches, equipment implementation, and manufacturing process developmentDrive root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts related to production, equipment, and quality issuesDevelop and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, and technical documentationCoordinate engineering resources and priorities to meet production and operational goalsIdentify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve manufacturing efficiencyProvide technical leadership, coaching, and development for engineering team membersParticipate in customer and supplier technical discussions as neededSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience leading projects, teams, or technical initiativesStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience supporting high-volume production environments preferred
