Primary focus on service order processing, invoice management, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in related departmental transactions for designated services.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as primary coordinator for specific installation projects/stores; communicate daily with Account Services team and update installation schedules as neededProcess install lines within SyteLine for alignment with service requests and ensure accuracy for invoicingMonitor job orders in SyteLine for assigned accountsIssue SRO’s (Service Request Orders) as directed for installations; align and process invoicesRespond to questions or requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate associate or cross-functional department as neededComplete Matterport scan requests and ensure billing alignment by making sure totals are in line with the quotePerform other tasks to support the installation department as neededExperience And EducationHigh School or GED1 - 2 years related experience and/or trainingOther Skills And AbilitiesProficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointTechnical ability to learn and use a variety of software programs, such as SyteLineKnowledge of proper administrative and billing processesDemonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing tasks; familiarity with inventory systems or invoice workflows is a plusBasic understanding of manufacturing and installation processes and proceduresCommunicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when neededInterpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentialityDetail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessOrganized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlinesProblem-solver; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and generates suggestions for improving workCapable of working independently and as a member of a team; contributes to building a positive team spiritWork Environment And Physical DemandsOffice Environment – quiet noise level but may be moderate at times; work may sometimes take place in non-standard workplaces (i.e., manufacturing environment).Manufacturing environment may cause exposure to heat, noise, vibration, odors, or dust.Sedentary Work – exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Required to sit, stand, walk, see close and at distance, and talk and hear.
