WordPress Backend Developer

Responsible for developing customizing maintaining and supporting WordPress based websites and blogs with a focus on performance security accessibility and scalable publishing workflows Works closely with content marketing and operations teams to enable reliable blog staging publishing and ongoing support Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins Customize and extend existing themes and plugins Convert Figma PSDXD designs into responsive WordPress websites Optimize website performance speed and SEO Integrate third-party APls payment gateways and external systems Manage website security backups and updates Troubleshoot and debug issues across environments Manage deployments from local to staging to production Configure hosting environments and domain setups Maintain version control and follow proper release processes Monitor live environments and resolve production issues.
