Tower Technician

Job Description: Structural Components, headquartered in Denver, CO, is a leader in the telecom industry in the design and installation of cell tower reinforcement as well as cell tower maintenance. We are seeking individuals to fill Tower Technician positions. Ideal candidates have some telecom industry experience and climbing experience, a strong work ethic, good personality, and enjoy working outdoors. Tower Tech - Job Responsibilities Perform tower maintenance and construction on cell towers. This requires traveling to and ascending the structures, rigging, and use of power and hand tools to complete minor construction. Perform maintenance, inspections, and mappings on telecommunication structures. This requires traveling to and ascending the structures. Prepare reports detailing the findings of inspections, mappings, and summarizing completed work. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION AND REQUIRES 90+ % TRAVEL WITHIN USA Tower Tech - Job Qualifications 1+ Years’ Experience working on and around cell towers Currently living in Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Utah, Illinois, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Kansas, Montana. Close access to a larger airport is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills Strong ability to manage assigned tasks with limited direct oversight Excellent verbal & written communication skills An ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
