The role demands strong domain understanding across media, streaming, advertising, and content ecosystems, along with the ability to translate data-driven insights into business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth of Data & Analytics (D&A) services across M&E accounts through strategic account planningDevelop and execute a focused sales strategy for Media, Entertainment, Streaming, Gaming, and Digital Advertising clientsOwn a portfolio of accounts with accountability for revenue growth, TCV, and profitabilityLead complex pursuits including data platforms for content personalization, ad-tech optimization, and audience analyticsCollaborate with pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to build industry-relevant solutionsBuild relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, Chief Content Officers, Ad Sales Heads)Identify new business opportunities across content analytics, customer 360, monetization, and AI-driven insightsRepresent LTIMindtree as a thought leader at M&E industry forums (NAB, IBC, etc.)Core Capabilities & ExperienceStrong experience in Data & Analytics: Data Modernization, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, VisualizationDomain expertise in M&E including:Audience analytics & personalizationAd-tech and MarTech ecosystemsOTT/streaming analyticsContent performance & recommendation enginesExperience with platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Tableau, Adobe, SalesforceProven track record in consultative selling and closing large dealsExperience in commercial structuring and solutioningStrong executive presence with ability to influence business & tech stakeholdersQualifications15+ years in technology consulting/services with focus on Data & Analytics5+ years in M&E industry (Media, Broadcasting, OTT, Gaming, Advertising)Proven success in digital transformation for M&E clientsExperience in both account growth and new business acquisitionBachelor's degree required; MBA preferredKPIsRevenue growth via account expansion (70%) and new business (30%)Closure of high-value D&A deals in M&E segmentClient retention and relationship strengthNew logo acquisition in Media & EntertainmentImproved deal win ratesPay range and compensation packageAll our Sales professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
