JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Travel Medical Social Worker Location: Gainesville, FL Duration: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 Shift: Days 8-430pm, rotating weekeends JOB DESCRIPTION: Licensed Clinical Social Worker adept at completing biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, with case management skills and good communication skills. Note: Candidate must be staying 50 miles away from the facility in order to be considered as a traveler or else the pay rate will be less for local candidates. Required: 2 Year of relevant experience. LSCW certification. Patient Experience requirements: Behavioral Health experience High School Diploma or GED fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
