As we continue to scale, we're looking for the right person to help us run and improve the operations that make it all happen.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, communicative, organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day production, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our White City facility. You'll manage our production and warehouse teams, keep inventory and supply chain running smoothly, and work closely with ownership to drive efficiency as we continue to grow. This is a role with real ownership and real impact. As Full Leaf expands, there is a clear path for this role to grow with it.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily inventory, production, packaging, blending, and fulfillment operations to ensure orders ship accurately and on timeManage, schedule, and develop the production and warehouse teamMonitor and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goodsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurementIdentify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve accuracyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment in compliance with food safety standardsTrack and report on key operational metrics including throughput, error rates, labor efficiency, and fulfillment costsWork cross-functionally with the marketing and leadership team on new product launches and seasonal volume planningRequirements2+ years of operations, production, warehouse, or fulfillment management experienceProven ability to lead and develop a team in a hands-on production or warehouse environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail: you catch issues before they become problemsStrong communication skillsA proactive, process-improvement mindset: you're always looking for a better wayComfort with inventory management systems and basic operational reportingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active production environmentPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with USPS, FedEx, or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plusFood, beverage, CPG, or light manufacturing experience is a strong plusPerks & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany Performance Bonuses401(k) with employer matchHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance fully paidHRAHSADependent Care FSADisabilityPaid vacation and sick leaveEmployee discountsProfessional development and career advancementJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: In personAbility to Commute: White City, OR 97503 (Required)Ability to Relocate: White City, OR 97503: Relocate before starting work (Required)
