Lead Software Engineer (Python)

Job DescriptionThis position sits onsite in Grapevine TX 5 days per week.What you'll do:• Architect, design, and build critical back-end systems, such as payments and transactiontechnologies, as well as intuitive front-end interfaces• Work with a modern technology stack encompassing both front-end and back-endtechnologies (cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, service-oriented architecture, etc)• Be an advocate for engineering best practices across both front-end and back-enddevelopmentWhat you'll bring:• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of experience workingwith cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)• 7+ years of experience with Python• Experience architecting and developing intuitive front-end interfaces using React and ReduxProven progression from Software Engineer to technical leadership roles, demonstratingincreasing levels of responsibility and impact• Demonstrated ownership of major technical projects from conception to delivery,showcasing your ability to lead and drive results• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, showcasing your analytical skillsand creativity in overcoming challenges• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholdersYou'll stand out if you have:• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Experience with AWSMeet Your RecruiterHailey PachaText me about this job - 972-419-1627Please include your name and Job Title in your Text.Thanks!972-419-1627hpacha@bravotech.com
