Experienced Framer

*Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the structural frameworks that form the backbone of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise in framing techniques, blueprint interpretation, and construction tools will be essential to ensure precision, safety, and quality on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction initiatives while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. *Duties* * Read and interpret detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects. * Erect metal buildings and steel structures using metal stud framing techniques with precision and efficiency. * Install concrete forms and rebar for foundations, ensuring proper placement according to specifications. * Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth workflow on-site. * Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and install framing components with high accuracy. * Execute masonry tasks such as plastering, stucco application, and basic brickwork as needed for project completion. * Operate heavy machinery including cranes or forklifts when required for material handling or structural assembly. *Requirements* * Must be available for overtime * Must be flexible with start & stop time daily * Proven experience in framing carpentry with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete forming. * Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and dimensional measurements for precise construction work. * Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, trim carpentry, and woodworking techniques. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex framing tasks. * Familiarity with construction management practices and adherence to safety protocols on active sites. * Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and the use of hand tools and power tools essential for framing projects. * Basic math skills including measurements with tape measures and understanding construction plans.
