For Associate level, candidates typically have 2+ years of related work experience, while Experienced level candidates should have 5+ years. Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. A strong foundation in C++, Python, and C#, along with Linux development experience and familiarity with version control systems like Git, is essential. Knowledge of network architectures, TCP/UDP communication protocols, and open architecture software design is also required.Preferred candidates will have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, extensive experience in software architecture development, and a comprehensive understanding of software development processes, testing tools, and safety standards. Additional desirable skills include familiarity with host environments, operating systems, and domain-specific constraints related to defense systems and aerospace applications.
