Machine Operator - Day and Night Shift Available

Pay: $20.00 per hour Job description: Job Title: Operator 2, Machine Shift & Schedule A Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 12-hour rotating schedule Pay Rate $20.00/hour Position Summary The Machine Operator 2 performs routine production and manufacturing functions in a regulated environment. This role supports daily production goals while adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team-based manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Perform routine production functions including: Filling Utility operations Packing and packaging Assembling Labeling Inspecting products Maintain accurate records and production logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) under direct supervision Support team goals and production objectives Make effective decisions within established guidelines Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed Maintain regular, punctual attendance and flexibility for extended hours if required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED – Required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – Required Steel-toe shoes required 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Skills & Abilities Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English Basic math skills Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors Ability to follow instructions and work within standard practices Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple production areas
