Marketing Coordinator

Position SummaryAuBurn Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator for a permanent, ongoing role. This is an IN PERSON job and will be located at our Corporate office in Garnett, KS. Shifts will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is not a seasonal or temporary position. This position also has the opportunity to go Full Time in the future. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, with a focus on social media management, internal communications, and coordination of marketing initiatives across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all company social media channels and digital communication platformsCreate, schedule, and update content calendars for social media, internal screens, and digital signageAssist with content creation including photo, video, and written materialsCoordinate marketing efforts across departments and support internal/external communicationsManage event logistics including registrations, promotional materials, and fulfillmentOversee sponsorships, donations, and community engagement trackingMonitor social media engagement and brand reputation, coordinating responses as neededSupport execution of marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiativesQualificationsAssociate's degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredExperience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms and content managementStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
